We understand that every parent wants the best for their child; physically, educationally, emotionally and socially

We understand that every parent wants the best for their child; physically, educationally, emotionally and socially.

Giving develops your child’s emotional and psychological resilience. We know that because we’ve seen it, and school teachers have reported it to us many times over.

This is why SchoolAid instills care and compassion in Australian kids. Through SchoolAid campaigns, kids gain an understanding of social justice, treating others with respect and fairness, and the value of collaboration and teamwork. Children are encouraged to develop a lifelong sense of moral and social responsibility, in turn shaping an empathetic, more philanthropic Australia for upcoming generations.

Kids respond really well to feedback and examples of how they have made a difference. We believe that it is vital that children receive this feedback and contact to reinforce the effect their actions have had on the children they help.

As well as supporting kids’ campaigns, we encourage kids to send Messages of Hope. These are heartfelt messages and artwork that are created to increase morale, and reassure the impacted children of a targeted campaign. Messages of Hope are sent straight to affected kids, and are a vital component of emotional recovery.

SchoolAid supports Australian primary school principals and teachers by presenting a platform for values education that aligns with the Australian federal curriculum. We are also in close partnership with a number of educational organisations, and observe the strictest privacy standards with all the information we receive.
